Education Funding Agency Condition Improvement Fund 2017-18 Announcement

The EFA have announced the timescales of the new round of the 2017-18 Condition Improvement Fund. The timescales for the process are: - Information for applicants published ~ W/c 17th October - Registration deadline for new applicants ~ 5pm 30th Nov 2016 - Deadline for submitting applications ~ 12 noon 9th Dec 2016 - Date for notifying applicants of outcomes ~ by April 2017

Primary School Library Extension

One of The Largest CIF Funding Awards in the Country

CBC Education are proud to announce that one of their long standing clients have been awarded 2.4 million pounds to build a new science block. CBC Education prepared the funding bid which was submitted to the Education Funding Agency [EFA] under their Condition Improvement Fund [CIF] The funding award is one of the largest in the country and we are now looking forward to Project Managing the job through to completion.

Consequently, Landlords will be concerned about the potential loss of rental income. It’s common in times of economic uncertainty for landlords to adopt a fairly robust claim for dilapidations.
