All Schools to Convert to Become an Academy

The Government have announced that all schools are to convert to Academies and ultimately join Multi Academy Trusts.

For many schools this will pose new challenges – Initially in how they demonstrate due diligence during the conversion process and then how they manage their property portfolio.
